The platform doesn't charge employers a service fee or monthly fee. The only charges the platform plans are two optional tools: video interviews, charged per session, and messaging and translation during employment, charged as a monthly subscription. Both are paid by the employer; the helper pays nothing. Payment isn't open yet, and we'll announce it when it opens. If you engage an advisor, the advisor's one-time service fee is collected by the platform and then passed on to the advisor; see each candidate's cost breakdown for the amount. The helper's salary, the employment stability fee, NHI, occupational accident insurance and similar costs don't go through the platform; pay the other party directly or pay by the bill.

The platform has no trial period and doesn't offer a replacement guarantee; it doesn't pick people for you and doesn't charge for matching. Before hiring, you can talk directly with a candidate in a video interview to see whether they're a good fit, and message translation before the start of work is free. If you need to end or transfer the employment after hiring, follow the employment contract between both parties and the Ministry of Labor's rules.
