Data collector
The name and contact details of the business collecting personal data.
Purposes of collection
Providing record and communication features, moving the hiring process forward, sending notifications, and handling disputes and customer support.
Categories of personal data
Account data, video recordings, caption text, ID documents, family member and children's data, and sensitive data such as disability and rare-disease certificates.
Period, region, recipients, methods of use, and cross-border transfer
How long data is used, where it is used, who it is provided to, how it is used, and whether it is transferred abroad.
Your rights, response times, and fees
Access and download: provided within 15 days at no charge, extendable by up to 15 more days if necessary. Deletion or stopping use: handled within 30 days, extendable by up to 30 more days if necessary. We will tell you the reason before any extension.
If you don't provide data
Which features can't be used if certain data isn't provided.
Notice of data obtained from advisors or agencies
How the platform tells helpers where their data came from when an advisor or agency created their profile.
Video recording
Interviews are recorded in full and stored on the platform as a record of the employment relationship. By default only platform administrators can access them, and the parties can request access. Recordings are kept as required by law, and you can request their deletion. If a dispute or the other party's rights are involved, use is stopped instead.
AI processing
Speech recognition on the phone happens on the device. The recognized text is sent to the platform for AI translation. For a party joining on the web, the platform does the recognition.
Security and breach notification
Measures to protect data, and how you will be notified if a breach occurs.
Children and minors
How data about children in the family is handled.
Device permissions and notifications
What the camera, microphone, speech recognition, photos, and notification permissions are each used for.

What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. When you visit again, your browser sends them back to the website so it can remember your sign-in status and settings.
Cookies we use
The platform only uses cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your language, and keeps your family member details in browser storage when you use the eligibility pre-check or the homepage calculator. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.

If a story page includes a YouTube, Vimeo, or Facebook video, the player is provided by that company and sets its own cookies under its policies. The platform can't control these cookies; please see each company's privacy policy.
When you pay for an add-on, you'll go to ECPay's checkout page, and cookies on that page are governed by ECPay's policies.
How to manage cookies
You can view, delete, or block cookies in your browser settings. Where these settings are depends on the browser, so check your browser's help pages. The family member details from the eligibility pre-check are kept in browser storage; select "Clear calculation data" on that page to remove them. Clearing your browser's site data also deletes them.
- If you disable essential cookies, you won't be able to sign in or use features that require signing in, such as interviews and contracts.
- If you delete NEXT_LOCALE, the website will show the language based on your browser language or the URL.
